Wim van Eck (MSc) is a media artist/creative researcher based in Leiden (The Netherlands). He works part-time at the AR Lab of the Royal Academy of Art (The Hague), where his main tasks are developing augmented reality projects, creating 3d content and supervising students. He is a guest researcher at Leiden University, where he studies hybrid biological-digital systems together with Dr. Maarten H. Lamers. Furthermore his company WIMECK develops new media projects and 3d-animations.
